Hi lovelies!

We are able to start giving Gong Baths in some larger venues that have enough room for social distancing as of May 17th. Yay! 🙂

We are taking the following measures to protect you:
°Please wear a face covering/mask at all times. We will be following government guidelines on social distancing. As Gong Baths are not a form of exercise we can follow the 1m plus guidelines. Please also be thoughtful while entering and exiting the building and avoid proximity with people outside of your bubble.
°We will be asking you to bring your own mats, blankets, pillows and eye masks.
°Jasmine tea will either be served in compostable bamboo cups (or you can bring your own cup).
°We will keep the changing room closed.
°If using the toilet, please be sure to use the anti-bac wipes available to clean surfaces before and after use.
°Please don’t attend a Gong Bath if you feel that you have any virus symptoms. Thank you.

Here are the upcoming Public Group Gong dates: (if you’d prefer PayPal to bank transfer, please click here)

If you don’t see the list of events below, please click on “Powered By MagnaPass”. Thanks. x

Please note: I cannot give refunds but if you’d like to give your space to a friend, please just let me know their name before the event. Thanks very much.

I look forward to meeting you. 🙂

Oh, and, just so you know, under normal circumstances I would typically be offering regular group Gong Baths in the following locations:

Alderley Edge

Manchester City Centre (Northern Quarter)

Cheadle Hulme

I look forward to seeing you again soon.

Lots of love, Martyn xxxx

As an introduction to group gong baths you might like to click here to watch an invitation video we made for one at the Wonder Inn.

In general, the gong bath events will last approximately one hour (approximately 50 minutes of sound immersion and a few minutes of chat at either end). The sounds and vibrations of the gong can assist detoxification so it’s advisable to drink lots of water before and after to help flush your system. Many people find that a gong bath gives them space and distance from the stresses in their lives – perfect to prepare you for the week ahead.

I look forward to meeting you. 🙂
