As an introduction to group gong baths you might like to click here to watch an invitation video we made for one at the Wonder Inn.
In general, the gong bath events will last approximately one hour (approximately 50 minutes of sound immersion and a few minutes of chat at either end). The sounds and vibrations of the gong can assist detoxification so it’s advisable to drink lots of water before and after to help flush your system. Many people find that a gong bath gives them space and distance from the stresses in their lives – perfect to prepare you for the week ahead.
Individual/Pairs Gong Baths:
Come to my Gong Room in Trafford (near the Hilary Step Bar on Upper Chorlton Road) for an hour of gong experience dedicated entirely to you. The treatment couch will be already made up with cosy blankets and pillows and everything you need to get comfortable (although during lockdown we will have measures in place for your protection and you may choose to bring your own blankets, etc). Once you’re ready, the gongs will play just for you to suit however you feel in the moment. See the prices here.

Hi Christine. That’s great 🙂 I’m just waiting for confirmation but believe that the next gong bath at One Yoga Studios in Chorlton is on the 21st of Feb. Hi, under WHERE…it says Wednesday 5th November. Wednesday is 6th November, not 5th. I’m pointing this out because lead to believe you are coming to Northwich on the 6th, and was reading to learn about you and ‘Gongs’! Hope you don’t mind me pointing this out, I’m pedantic sometimes 😉🙏
