My Gong Room (at home in Chorlton, M16) is designed for and dedicated to giving Gong Baths and has everything it needs including a wide variety of instruments, and comfortable places to lay down or sit. Oh and my family are well practiced in being super-quiet for your benefit 🙂
The best way to prepare for a gong bath is to wear loose-fitting, comfortable clothing, and avoid arriving after a heavy meal or alcohol.
Laying on a nest of comfortable mats, blankets and pillows (provided) is ideal for a gong bath, but if you would prefer, a sitting position is perfectly suitable.
I would recommend drinking lots of water in the 48 hours that follow your Gong Bath, and generally taking it easy, eating light food, taking light exercise, and enjoying yourself 🙂
Private sessions in my gong room last an hour and a half (comprised of 15 minutes settling in with a cup of jasmine tea and a chat, one hour’s Gong Bath, and 15 minutes of coming back around with another nice cuppa). For one person, the cost is £60 If it’s a two person session, the cost is £90.
Thank you. x
