“Play loud for me” was the request, and since the gong didn’t mind at all, that exactly what happened. Sometimes a gong bath can be very gentle and soothing, and sometimes it can be volcanic, and today’s Gong Spartan was all about the volcano! When it’s an individual session, why not? 🙂
